Fresh yoghurt sauce

Delicious with falafel, grilled vegetables or meat or as a dip.


  • 2 cl Grapefruit - rosemary
  • 1 jar of Greek yogurt (approx. 125 g)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 mint leaves
  • Pepper and salt


  • Chop the mint and garlic finely
  • Add all ingredients together and stir well
  • Season with pepper and salt and stir well again.
  • Bon appetit!
